Well the Bourton Festival was NOISY!! 3 stages of live music non stop for 9 hours and we were within 100 yards of the bank of speakers serving the heavy rock stage so we finished the day half deaf with a hint of a tangy smell drifting across the lawn! We had a good selection of buyers across a range of products except the lavender. Last week it was selling as if there was a shortage this week the ducks and wickerflies were more popular. Came home to find sales off the website are coming through as well so all positive.
Hopefully things will be a bit more sedate this weekend as we go to Malvern Courtyard again for the Malvern Food Festival. Be interesting as our products can't be eaten so wonder what the visitors will think.
After that we are off for a couple of weeks break. Hopefully there will be no more earthquakes in Italy.
We are beginning to think of Christmas product lines, I know it seems early but this year we want a much more extensive range so early planning is vital. We've already got some ideas for tree decorations and already made a couple of candles bounded by cinnamon sticks. We've also sourced some pine cone for the pot pourri as well so Watch this space!
